Thank you for reporting a problem with this service. We will consider your request and make any changes within 48 hours.
Our Midlothian Access Point is currently closed. People who are experiencing anxiety or depression can email Emma Young on emma.young@health-in-mind.org.uk to be signposted to online and telephone resources and self-help materials.
The service is open to people aged 18 to 65 who are registered with a GP in Midlothian and are looking to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
Those attending the Access Point can:
•Talk about how they are feeling and how it is affecting their life
•Hear about local groups, activities and services that can help
•Learn how they can access the support that will work best for them. Support can be provided with this, if needed.
